All orders are shipped USPS or by UPS.
Shipping is automatically calculated at Checkout for orders shipping to all states excluding Alaska & Hawaii.
Orders going to Alaska & Hawaii:
Email vivienne@polishpotteryofhagerstown.com for a shipping quote. Include the PH number for the items you would like to order and your name, address & telephone number. I will calculate the shipping cost and email your options.

If you are unhappy with your item(s) we will accept returns within 30 days of receipt. However, you will be responsible for return packing, shipping costs & insurance. There will also be a 20% restocking charge.
Unless we have sent you the wrong item you will be responsible for shipping costs for a replacement item.
If we have sent you the wrong item we will reimburse you for the cost of return shipping and will ship the correct item with no additional shipping charges.
Please keep in mind that each piece is handcrafted and hand-painted and there may be variations in pattern and form. These are not considered defects.

Within 10 days of receipt - Please email photos of the packaging and the damaged item along with your order number to vivienne@polishpotteryofhagerstown.com.
After receipt of these items, a replacement will be sent or a refund issued.
