Caring for your Polish Pottery

Your Polish Pottery is safe for use with food and is dishwasher, oven and microwave safe. It is certified to be lead and cadmium free.

Polish Pottery is fired at temperatures in excess of 3000 degrees F. It is extremely durable and will not crack or chip easily. It can be used for baking at up to 450 degrees F. We recommend placing your item to be baked in the pottery in a non-preheated oven and allowing the pottery to come up to temperature with the oven. Polish Pottery is excellent for baking as the clay distributes the heat evenly throughout.

After use, allow the pottery to cool before washing in warm water. It is non-stick, making cleanup easy.

Proper care will preserve your pottery for generations to come. It is designed to be used and enjoyed daily. The colors will always retain their vibrancy.

Caution:

If food is frozen in your pottery, it MUST be thawed before placing it in the oven.

Placing a frozen casserole or dish directly in the oven will cause an extreme temperature change and may crack the stoneware.

Never place this stoneware over an open flame, a stovetop or burner!
